Latest Offline Analyzer release (v1.2.0)
The VasoTracker Offline Analyzer software was written to extract diameter measurements from various blood vessel imaging recordings. This includes pressure myography, en face artery (fluorescence), and ultrasound imaging data. The software allows previously recorded datasets to be analyzed with ease.
The VasoTracker Offline Analyzer software is completely open source. This means that the software is:

- free to download and use (yes, completely free, we do not sell anything).
- able to be adapted by users to suit their requirements (but the latest version probably isn’t on GitHub yet)..
Important note
To make things simple, we have compiled VasoTracker into a single file installer. Some computing systems may not be compatible with these installer files. If you have trouble getting VasoTracker to run, you may need to install the source code (see the alternative installation methods in the user guide).
