VasoTracker multimodal diameter measurement software makes extracting diameter measurements from a wide range of blood vessel images easy (it's automatic!). There are options to analyze pressure myography, fluorescence, and even ultrasound data. The software is open source, and publicly distributed.

Latest Offline Analyzer release (v1.2.0)
The VasoTracker Offline Analyzer software was written to extract diameter measurements from various blood vessel imaging recordings. This includes pressure myography, en face artery (fluorescence), and ultrasound imaging data. The software allows previously recorded datasets to be analyzed with ease.
The VasoTracker Offline Analyzer software is completely open source. This means that the software is:
- free to download and use (yes, completely free, we do not sell anything).
- able to be adapted by users to suit their requirements (but the latest version probably isn’t on GitHub yet)..
